Day 23 In case you were interested….

Below are photos of my wall colors (tan and maroon) and the comforter for my bed.

I decided to juice again today. Since I’m short on time trying to organize my new room, I thought juicing would be quick, easy, and a fast concentrated way to get nutrients.

Carrot, Beet Juice pg. 186 Good. I liked it more than I thought I would since Beets aren’t my favorite vegetable. Beets are powerful cleansers and builders of the blood.They contain chlorophyll, vitamins A and C, and alkaline minerals such as calcium. Beet Juice helps Anemia, Cancer, Circulatory weakness, Heart disease, High and low blood pressure, Skin disorders, Liver and kidney disorders.
Carrot, Beet & Cucumber Juice pg. 187 (Basically same as Carrot, Cucumber, Beet Juice pg. 189 not sure why they had it twice.)

I also made Apple Pear Juice pg. 193 Yummy! I love having fresh fruit juices! Great for you, contain live enzymes, and taste great too! Great for my cold as well (which is a very mild case, Praise the Lord!) since it has Vitamin C.
